Here at Sixty-One Durham we are fully licensed for Civil ceremonies, Civil partnerships, Vow renewals and Naming ceremonies.

Indoors you have the choice of two beautiful rooms, The Garden Room that holds up to 60 guests and Venue 61 that can accommodate 240 guests.

We are also lucky enough to have stunning gardens and in our gardens you have the option to hold your ceremony outdoors during the summer, warmer months. Our beautiful walled-in garden is ideal for you to consider an outdoor ceremony, to add that little touch of class and elegance to your story. Whichever you would prefer, our beautiful landscaped gardens offer peaceful seclusion and tranquillity and provide the perfect backdrop for those treasured wedding photographs.
